What does WIA mean to you?

To me WIA is a place where you go to learn new things and get paid for. Its also a place where you can meet new people and learn new hands-on skills. Its kind of like school, only you get to actually do stuff instead of worksheets and listening to people talk/lecture for hours on end or taking pages and pages of notes.
